Chief Client Relationship Officer, Kaspick
The Chief Client Relationship Officer (CCRO) will serve as a strategic leader and trusted advisor in planned giving, leading TIAA Kaspick's client relationship management initiatives while advancing philanthropic impact across the nonprofit sector. The Chief Client Relationship Officer manages a team of approx. 15 relationship managers and technical consultants and is responsible for supporting clients to assess, grow and manage their Planned Giving program. The role involves setting the strategic vision for the relationship management team who are partnering with senior fundraising and finance executives at many of the largest nonprofits in the country, to provide detailed strategies on managing a planned giving program and consulting on opportunities to grow adoption through effective fundraising strategies.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide executive oversight of client relationship strategies, ensuring delivery of best-in-class planned giving services while building and maintaining strong partnerships with nonprofit clients' senior leadership and key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery while driving professional development and growth opportunities for team members
  • Lead a team of relationship managers in delivering exceptional service and strategic guidance to clients, driving satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and innovative solutions
  • Serve as a recognized voice and thought leader in the planned giving industry by representing TIAA Kaspick at major conferences, authoring articles and white papers, and participating in speaking engagements
  • Guide the development of new services and solutions to meet evolving client needs while partnering with internal teams to enhance gift administration, investment management, and reporting capabilities
  • Identify opportunities to leverage technology and data analytics to improve client outcomes and lead initiatives to promote planned giving education and donor engagement
  • Build and mentor a high-performing client relationship team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Drive strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and client service excellence across all business functions
  • Develop and implement best practices for client engagement and relationship management across the organization
  • Lead change management efforts and strategic planning processes to support business growth and market positioning

Anticipated Posting End Date:

Base Pay Range: $225,000/yr - $300,000/yr

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.  In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
