The Role:
The Amazon Global Sales Manager is part of the eCommerce team and is responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability across Amazon Global Accounts: US, Canada, Mexico, EU, UK and Japan. This role is accountable for delivering revenue and IM budgets, forecasting demand, managing inventory, optimizing assortment and executing promotional and operational strategies across Vendor and Seller Central. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, organized and proactive with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic. A passion for music is a plus. This individual will work the strategic needs of the Amazon channel and ensure performance meets or exceeds corporate goals.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Partners with the Commercial team to develop and deploy curated assortments, content and pricing by region that meet distribution guidelines and profitability goals.
- Optimizes all PDP components, including keywords, A+ content, backend search, terms, alt-text, text overlay, and visual assets; collaborates with Marketing to enhance and evolve content.
- Attends weekly internal revenue meetings, reports performance against budget, and recommends corrective actions for shortfalls.
- Manages external agencies to KPI-based monthly objectives, including AMS, unauthorized listings through Brand Registry, SEO/Keywording, Business Insights and regional support teams.
- Uses P70 to audit and manage the rolling 12-month unconstrained forecast; updates monthly based on historical data, seasonal trends and promotional planning. Works with Operations to recommend inventory adjustments and set safety stock priorities.
- Partners with Marketing on the creation and deployment of new product launch campaigns, including AMS spend, Vine strategy and seeding.
- Builds and executes the national promotional calendar within budget; develops performance metrics and collaborates with Finance to evaluate post-promotion results against sell-through profitability objectives.
- Partners with Finance team on monthly open invoice reviews, post audits, shortage claims and chargeback exposure; manages Vendor Central and Seller Central to open and resolve disputes in a timely manner.
- Ensures catalog and product level accuracy; monitors and resolves compliance issues, Andon Cords, and all Amazon operations incoming questions.
- Communicates regional opportunity pipeline and provides weekly updates on time-and-action plans.
- Builds weekly reporting decks by region, highlighting performance against KPIs and budget.
- Participates in QBR preparation and creates ad hoc reporting as needed.
- Monitors overstock and available inventory lists to identify incremental opportunities for constrained products and develop sell-through strategies for EOL products to support clean transitions.
- Partners with the Marketplace team to ensure item-level selling and placement strategies are aligned and complimentary.

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field required. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- 3+ years' experience with Amazon Seller (FBM & FBA) and Vendor Central
- 1+ years' experience working in AMS ads console.
- Experience with consumer products required.
- Experience with AI based reporting and data harvesting is a plus.
Physical Demands/Working Conditions:
- Must be able to utilize standard office equipment such as a laptop, mouse, headset, printer, etc.
- Must be able to lift items weighing up to 10 pounds.
- Must be able to stand for 0-2 hours per day and sit 6-8 hours per day.
- This position rarely requires bending, stooping, climbing, kneeling, crouching, pushing or pulling.
- This position is rarely exposed to hazards, temperature extremes and vibrations.
- This position occasionally works in a noisy environment depending on call volume throughout the day.
