We're looking for a driven, hands-on Junior Maintenance Supervisor who has been in the field, understands how jobs get done, and can confidently manage and guide technicians remotely using photos, software, and real-time communication.

About the Role:

This is a fully remote position that requires you to be on a computer and in company software 100% of the time. You'll oversee technicians handling 25–30 small work orders per day, reviewing photos, approving estimates, ensuring accuracy, and closing out jobs efficiently.

You must be tech-savvy, relentless, and highly organized someone who shows up on time and on a daily basis, communicates clearly, and goes the extra mile to make sure every job gets done right.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations for multiple technicians across several states.
  • Review photos and job notes to confirm repair quality and accuracy.
  • Walk technicians through jobs remotely, step by step if needed.
  • Approve or create estimates and ensure jobs are priced and closed correctly.
  • Verify that all work orders are completed on schedule and meet company standards.
  • Communicate with dispatchers, clients, and techs throughout the day to resolve issues quickly.
  • Track performance, manage workloads, and maintain accountability across your team.

Requirements:

  • Extensive field experience in residential maintenance, construction, or handyman trades.
  • Strong computer skills — must be able to navigate multiple software platforms simultaneously.
  • Able to manage and close out 25–30 small jobs per day accurately and efficiently.
  • Relentless work ethic: shows up, follows through, and pushes for results.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Preferred Background:

  • 5+ years hands-on experience ALL in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or general maintenance.
  • Prior leadership experience as a lead tech, foreman, or supervisor preferred.
  • Knowledge of job costing, estimating, and material management.
