Responsibilities
  • Successfully complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
  • Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in touring properties
  • Deliver comprehensive, written feedback to help clarify or adjust clients' home search preferences
  • Draft and negotiate purchase offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients
  • Dedicate at least 10 hours weekly to lead generation efforts
  • Engage in weekly script practice sessions in accordance with team guidelines
  • Actively participate in team events and initiatives as required
  • Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, ongoing training sessions, and Partner Calls
  • Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology systems
Qualifications
  • Enthusiastic about engaging with others and skilled at building and sustaining professional connections
  • Friendly and optimistic demeanor
  • Comfortable with extensive time spent driving
  • Capable of assessing clients' preferences and aligning them with suitable properties
  • Eager to learn and grow
  • Driven and goal-oriented with a track record of achievement
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid real estate license
