Compensation: $70K+
Boutique property management company with a portfolio of multifamily units is seeking a Property Management Assistant to work in the corporate office.
You'll manage a broad range of administrative, operational, and property management responsibilities — from coordinating property operations and assisting with real estate transactions to managing the executive's calendar, travel, and other tasks.
What You'll Do:
- Liaise with property managers and vendors to ensure all property matters are handled efficiently.
- Prepare leases and related documents (ZipForms).
- Post and maintain listings on Zillow, Craigslist, and Avail.
- Assist with QuickBooks bookkeeping and account reconciliation.
- Manage tenant communications and handle time-sensitive issues.
- Coordinate business and personal travel, appointments, and events.
- Oversee staff at the property sites.
- Handle errands and occasional on-site property visits.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience supporting teams in real estate, property management, or related fields.
- Exceptional organization, communication, and follow-through.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, ZipForms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professionalism, discretion, and a proactive mindset.
