As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a food and beverage production location. Your presence helps to deter security-related incidents while you provide outstanding customer service to staff and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols, respond to situations as they arise, and communicate clearly with the team. What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner within the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible presence.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any unusual activity.
• Assist employees, visitors, and vendors with security-related inquiries and provide guidance as needed.
• Document and report incidents, observations, and any security-related concerns according to site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
