Description:

Trinity Health Of New Englanda is looking for aWomen's Health Concierge to join our Comprehensive Women's Health Center.

The Women's Health Concierge is an administrative support position who provides patient care coordination by serving as a liaison between the patient and the practitioners and services she may require. The Women's Health Concierge plays a critical role in the patient experiences and acts as a patient advocate, provides patient and family education, and coordinates all aspects of care to assure the provision of seamless comprehensive services.

What will you do:

  • Become an integral part of the organizations commitment to provide holistic patient centered care for women.
  • Optimizes patient services and collaborates with the team to create a patient centered environment.
  • Provide expertise in the operations and systems of the health center to promote and maintain health and wellbeing in women.
  • Monitors and manages the patient referrals.
  • Schedules appointments for procedures, surgeries and diagnostic testing
  • Answers phones for the Women's Health Center

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two to four (2-4) years in a healthcare related field preferred.
  • Must be able to set and organize own work priorities and adapt to them as they change frequently.
  • Must be able to work concurrently on a variety of tasks/projects in an environment that may be stressful with individuals having diverse personalities and work styles.
  • Must be able to take initiative and work well independently with minimal supervision.
