Clinical Services Project Manager(100 Remote)

Our client, a worldleader in life sciences and diagnostics, is looking for a "ClinicalServices Project Manager(100% Remote)". Job Duration: LongTerm Contract (Possibility Of Extension)Pay Rate : $37/hr on W2 Company Benefits: Medical, Dental,Vision, Paid Sick leave, 401K Under generalsupervision, manages multiple clinical and lab services projects of lesscomplex nature from initiation through contract completion. Applies projectmanagement skills and experience in delivering projects on time, within budgetand with high customer satisfaction. Facilitates cross -functional interactionsto complete the assigned projects within the deadline and compliance withpharma services plan. Key Responsibilities:Manages multiple clinical testing and lab services projects frominitiation through contract completion under supervision of Program Manager.Performs tactical coordination of timelines for all projects and functionswithin CDx Pharma ServicesDevelops project plans, establishes and coordinates timelines for assignedprojects and functionsManages execution of cross -functional plans and tracks progress of activitiesIdentifies gaps, potential bottlenecks or delays and challenge assumptions.Oversees and guides daily process flow and accurate reporting of results.Implements / pulls in best practices within the clinical sciences team; fosterscontinuous improvement by ensuring knowledge and experience exchangeInterfaces with resources outside of the company (Contract ResearchOrganizations (CROs), site investigators, client counterparts, etc.) and servesas single point of contact with Pharma and Roche clientsManages meeting activities such as setting agendas, organizing meeting time andediting meeting minutes.Tracks, maintains and communicates project reports and clinical study data toPharma clients.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree isrequired (no specific field)Experience with ProjectManagementMust have experiencewith using Project Management tools like Smartsheet, Jira, Trello, etc.Must have strong communication, organizational, and time management skillsNot required, but it would be helpful to understand the regulatory environmentrelated to dealing with clinical studies If interested, pleasesend us your updated resume at;\/a>;\/a>
