Job Title: First Shift Team Member

Location: 2768 N Maize Rd

Job Summary:

As a First Shift Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and smoothies, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. You will work as part of a team to ensure that our customers receive the highest quality products and service in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and serve customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare and serve food and smoothies according to our recipes and standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning equipment, utensils, and workstations.
  • Stock and maintain inventory levels of supplies and ingredients.
  • Follow all health and safety procedures, including food handling and storage guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure that all customer orders are fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.

Working Conditions:

This position will work primarily during the first shift. The work environment includes a combination of kitchen and customer service areas, and may involve exposure to heat, cold, and loud noises.
