Lead Residential Electrician

Job Summary

E3 Electric of NE FL is hiring a Lead Residential Electrician experienced in custom home remodels and new construction. We work with high-end builders across Jacksonville and surrounding areas. This is a full-time position with steady hours, overtime opportunities, and excellent benefits.

Sign-On Bonus

• $2,000 Sign-On Bonus* for Lead and/or Licensed Residential Electricians
• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus* for Unlicensed Residential Electricians

Compensation

• Income potential $52,000 – $75,000+
• Hourly pay based on experience
• Weekly hours: 40
• Overtime frequently available and in some cases required based on job deadlines

Ideal Candidate

• Experienced in custom home remodels and new builds
• Strong communication skills with team members, builders, homeowners and management
• High attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Reliable and consistently shows up ready to work
• Able to work independently and manage tasks without micromanagement

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical installations, repairs, and upgrades for residential remodels and new construction
• Read and interpret blueprints and job specs
• Ensure all work meets NEC and local code requirements
• Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
• Communicate material needs, progress updates, and jobsite issues to management
• Lead or assist apprentices/helpers as needed

Qualifications

For Lead and/or Licensed Electricians:

• Residential electrical experience in custom homes required
• Valid driver's license & clean driving record
• Ability to pass background & drug screening
• Active county license preferred but not required

For Unlicensed Electricians, Apprentices & Helpers:

• Minimum 2 year electrical experience under a Master Electrician
• Residential or commercial experience accepted
• Ability to pass background & drug screening
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
