Overview:

The Seismic Product Design team is a diverse group of curious, bold, and collaborative designers who share a passion for crafting experiences that ignite growth for our customers. Each designer brings a unique lens to the table to help us realize our mission: to design AI-powered software that is empathetic, data-informed, and transformative for how customers maximize every buyer interaction and strengthen client relationship.

Seismic is the market-leading sales enablement platform that helps revenue teams make every buyer interaction count. The Seismic Enablement Cloud unifies all the content, training, and insights customer-facing teams need to drive personalized, high-impact engagement at every stage of the journey.

We're expanding our Product Design team and looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape the next generation of Seismic experiences. This role focuses on improving engagement between sellers and buyers—crafting intuitive, high-impact experiences that make every interaction more personal, efficient, and effective.

Who you are::

• 5+ years of product design experience, including enterprise SaaS or AI-driven software.
• A portfolio showcasing impactful product work that blends usability, visual craft, and systems thinking.
• Proven experience designing for complex workflows, data visualization, or conversational interfaces.
• Fluency in Figma and comfort with design systems.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills — with the ability to align cross-functional teams around a design vision.
• Familiarity with agile product development and research-informed design processes.

What you'll be doing::

• Lead the design of end-to-end experiences that empower sellers and elevate engagement with buyers.
• Translate complex workflows and insights into simple, intuitive interactions that help teams work smarter and faster.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Platform & AI partners to define problems and craft elegant, effective solutions.
• Use research, experimentation, and data to validate design decisions and uncover new opportunities.
• Contribute to and evolve Seismic's design system and interaction patterns for consistency and scalability.
• Advocate for design excellence across the product, from concept to execution.

We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

Seismic's annual base salary range for this position will vary based on applicant's location, experience, job level, skills, and abilities as well as internal equity and alignment market data. The range listed below is the minimum to the maximum of our target hiring range.

Seismic's salary range for this position is: USD $119,500.00/Yr. - USD $206,200.00/Yr.

This position is also eligible to participate in Seismic's incentive plans in addition to base salary. The actual incentive amount will very and will be subject to the terms and conditions set in the applicable incentive plan.
