You will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities, performing a variety of tasks that keep our spaces looking their best. What you'll do

  • Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces to maintain a pristine environment.
  • Manage custodial duties, ensuring all areas are well-maintained.
  • Assist with industrial cleaning tasks as needed, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
  • Carry out basic maintenance activities to support facility operations, addressing minor repairs promptly.
  • Provide porter services by assisting with the movement of furniture and equipment as required.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete larger cleaning projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment malfunctions.

Basic qualifications

  • Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings.
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness and maintenance tasks.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a team player in collaborative environments.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in facilities maintenance or industrial cleaning environments is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of safety standards related to cleaning chemicals and equipment usage.
  • Previous porter experience is a plus, showcasing your versatility in facility management.
