We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Home Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction and quality control, with the ability to analyze and inspect residential properties for compliance with building codes and safety standards.   • Conduct thorough inspections of residential properties, evaluating structural integrity and safety compliance.
  • Review blueprints and schematics to ensure adherence to design specifications.
  • Perform quality control assessments on various construction elements, including plumbing, electrical systems, and roofing.
  • Collect data during inspections and document findings in detailed reports.
  • Analyze inspection results to identify potential issues or areas requiring attention.
  • Collaborate with contractors and construction managers to address any identified deficiencies.
  • Stay updated on local building codes, regulations, and indRequirements
  • Proven experience in construction or a related field is essential.
  • Strong understanding of quality inspection processes and construction management principles.
  • Familiarity with construction site operations and safety protocols.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess complex situations effectively.
  • Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and contracts related to construction projects.
  • Experience in pipeline inspections is a plus but not mandatory.
