Team Lead / Real Estate Agent

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Team Lead to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for helping others while ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining their own real estate business. As a Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in guiding your team, helping with education and onboarding of new agents, and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the real estate team to meet and exceed sales goals through effective training and development.
  • Leader lead production role
  • Supporting new hires through 30/60/90 day onboarding process
  • Assisting agents within their first 24 months of real estate
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct training sessions, and performance evaluations to enhance team capabilities.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to engage with customers, address inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Implement effective sales strategies, including pricing and promotional activities to drive revenue growth.
  • Foster a positive team environment through effective leadership, motivation, and conflict resolution.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in management or supervisory roles with a focus on sales management.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence effectively.
  • Experience in training new employees is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail in administrative tasks
  • Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership qualities that inspire teamwork while promoting individual accountability among staff members.
