We're seeking skilled Mobile Braid Specialist to join our on-demand mobile in-home services platform, where clients book appointments through our website and mobile app. This role is ideal for stylists seeking flexibility, steady bookings, and strong earning potential while delivering high-quality all-natural hair care directly at the client's location.

About the Role

As an independent contractor (W9), you'll work as a Mobile In-Home Braid Specialist, serving clients only within the Greater Indianapolis area. You control your entire workflow—set your own schedule and choose which services you want to provide.

Services May Include (based on what you choose to offer):

  • Twists, coils, braids, and protective styles
  • Hydration, scalp care, and restorative treatments
  • Kid's braids, and protective styles
  • Any additional natural-focused services you may offer

What You'll Do:

  • Bring your own tools, products, and professional equipment
  • Deliver a polished, clean, high-end in-home service experience
  • Communicate professionally through the app
  • Maintain strong hygiene, sanitation, and customer-service standards
  • Provide quality work that leads to repeat clients and referrals

Income & Earnings Potential:

  • Percentage-based, same day payouts for each completed appointment
  • Additional commissions from recommending approved skin and haircare products that clients can add to their service transactions and have shipped directly to their home from our product warehouse.
  • Top stylists have the potential to earn $100,000+ annually, depending on availability, service volume, and product recommendations

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with natural hair and protective styling
  • Portfolio or photos showcasing your work
  • Reliable transportation within the Greater Indianapolis area
  • Valid ID and smartphone
  • Compliance with state grooming and sanitation standards
  • Professionalism, dependability, and strong customer service skills
