DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

Our ideal Experienced HVAC Service Technician is NATE certified, has a college degree, or has some trade school experience. Here are the minimum criteria we're looking for:

EPA certification3+ years of HVAC experienceValid driver's license

You normally start at 7:00 or 8:00 a.m. and work until the day's jobs are done. We also have an on-call rotation.

In this role, you promptly visit residential and commercial clients and do whatever it takes to fix up or maintain their heating and air conditioning systems. Your goal is to tackle 3 - 5 calls per day, providing great customer service and completing top-quality work. You keep your work area clean, thoroughly document your projects, and collect payments at the end of the job. As an experienced technician, you mentor apprentices and guide them along their own heating and air conditioning journeys
