Shift Flexibility:
  • Evening and overnight shifts to suit your preference
Desired Expertise:
  • A minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing maintenance role
  • 3-5 years focused on electrical practices
  • Advantageous background in bakery processes
  • Solid skills in machining and electrical control wiring
  • Expertise in annunciating pneumatics and light machinery
  • Metalwork and welding experience preferred
  • Competent in conduit bending
  • Understanding of relay logic systems
  • Experienced with 480v - 208v voltages
  • NEC Code comprehension
  • Skilled in blueprint and schematic interpretation
Core Responsibilities:
  • Uphold equipment integrity with efficient repair strategies
  • Support the PM program to minimize downtime
  • Problem-solve technical equipment issues
  • Facilitate machinery and facility maintenance
  • Engage in machinery testing and validation
  • Adhere to safety and Lock-out/Tag-out protocols
  • Maintain compliance with GMP's, OSHA standards, and safety practices
  • Enhance PLC and system functionality with problem-solving
  • Keep immaculate records and ensure transparent interdepartmental communication
  • Facilitate line startups and troubleshoot transition issues
  • Manage inventories and reorder necessities
  • Assure quality standards are met
  • Engage in continuous process improvements and team collaborations
  • Maintain boilers and water systems effectively
  • Analyze and troubleshoot electrical panel challenges
  • Take on tasks as assigned to broaden skills
