We are seeking a Senior Product Owner to act as the strategic anchor for a cross-functional pod, owning vision, outcomes, and delivery for critical studio economics platforms. In this role, you'll operate at the intersection of strategy, user needs, and technology—defining product direction, prioritizing outcomes, and ensuring teams deliver meaningful, user-centered solutions. You'll work closely with business leaders, engineers, and designers to shape the future of internal studio applications.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with business and program leaders to define and evolve product vision aligned to strategy
  • Translate broad objectives into clear, measurable outcomes (OKRs, KPIs)
  • Act as the voice of the user, incorporating feedback, research, and direct engagement
  • Own and maintain the product roadmap, backlog, and prioritization decisions
  • Lead agile pods with a focus on outcomes over output
  • Balance user value, business impact, and technical feasibility when making trade-offs
  • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment

What We're Looking For

  • 6–10+ years of experience overall, with 3+ years as a Product Owner or similar role
  • Strong experience leading agile delivery teams and owning product outcomes
  • Background in finance, analytics, sales operations, or data-driven business domains
  • Proven ability to define product vision, roadmaps, and delivery-ready backlogs
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and systems-thinking skills
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's preferred
  • Product or agile certifications (CSPO, SAFe, CPM) a plus
