Job Description

Are you passionate about building intelligent, scalable AI systems that make a real impact? As an AI Architect, you'll be the company's go-to expert for all things artificial intelligence — defining our vision, leading architectural strategy, and ensuring AI is seamlessly integrated into every product and platform we build.

You'll work at the intersection of innovation and execution, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Security teams to turn advanced AI technologies into business value. From developing architecture blueprints to guiding implementation and governance, this role is both hands-on and strategic — ideal for someone ready to drive meaningful transformation across the organization.

What You'll Do

  • Set the Vision: Define and maintain the company-wide AI architecture blueprint and roadmap to power automation, personalization, analytics, and intelligent decision-making.
  • Establish Best Practices: Create and maintain AI development standards, model lifecycle processes, and governance frameworks to ensure scalability, fairness, and compliance.
  • Drive Strategy: Partner with leadership to evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and vendors — shaping how we leverage everything from LLMs and vector databases to orchestration tools.
  • Enable Reusability: Architect modular, reusable AI components and services that streamline development across multiple product lines.
  • Collaborate & Build: Work with cross-functional teams to design secure, cloud-native AI services, APIs, and data pipelines.
  • Champion Governance: Define AI model observability, auditability, and ethical use standards in partnership with InfoSec and Legal teams.
  • Innovate & Educate: Lead internal workshops, mentor teams, and serve as an evangelist for AI adoption across the company.
  • Represent & Inspire: Engage with external AI communities, vendors, and conferences to showcase our innovation and learn from the broader ecosystem.
