If you're a college student, teacher, or someone who can't or prefers not to make a long term commitment to a family, but wants to continue working professionally with children, our award agency does all the pre-work for you and offers you jobs in the best private homes, at professional sporting events, 5-star hotels, and at special events in DC, Maryland, and Virginia.

Most jobs pay between $22-$30 per hour depending on the type of job, your experience, and the number and ages of children.

Qualifications

  • At least 3-years of recent professional nannying or childcare experience for non-family members - supported by references.
  • Acceptable experience includes paid babysitting, nannying, coaching, teaching, nursing, newborn care, daycare experience.
  • Must be comfortable working around pets
  • Legal to work in the US
  • English language Fluency and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive and responsible babysitting services for children of different ages.
  • Ensure children's safety and well-being at all times.
  • Engage children in educational and recreational activities.
  • Follow parents' instructions regarding routines, meals, and discipline.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment during care.
  • Communicate effectively with parents about children's needs and activities.
  • Adapt to different family dynamics and schedules as needed.

Pay: $ $30.00 per hour
