to join their collaborative, client-focused team.
This opportunity is at the Of Counsel or Partner level (depending on portables) and is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong client relationships and takes pride in delivering thoughtful, strategic estate planning services—particularly to high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs and families.
What you'll do:
- Advise clients on wills, trusts, and estate planning strategies.
- Draft and update estate planning documents.
- Navigate probate and trust administration.
- Handle non-public corporate formations and compliance.
- Collaborate with financial advisors, CPAs, and legal partners.
- Stay current on evolving estate laws and tax considerations.
MUST Have:
- 5-7+ Years Practicing Wills Trusts and Estate Law.
- Modest portable book of business.
- Licensure in Texas.
