EST Analytical is looking to fill a Field Service position with a focus on Agilent Liquid Chromatography Instrumentation. This position requires someone locating within commuting distance to Research Triangle Park in Raleigh, North Carolina.

EST Analytical is a partner with Agilent Technologies and as such this position would work within the Agilent Authorized Support Provider program.

Key responsibilities include on-site installation, customer training, repair and troubleshooting of hardware, and routine preventative maintenance and qualification services. Job focus will be on customer satisfaction by providing customers with high quality services. Other responsibilities include managing parts, timely submission of service reports, providing feedback to manufacturing divisions, working with sales force, and maintaining up to date technical knowledge for assigned products.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years analytical laboratory experience with a focus on LC instrumentation.
  • Experience with Waters LC instrumentation is desired for this position.
  • BS degree in Chemistry or Electronics or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Planning, problem solving, and communication skills to function with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to travel extensively by plane and/or automobile.
  • Strong computer skills.
