We're hiring entry-level CDL-A drivers to join our regional fleet based in the Pensacola area. This position is perfect for new drivers looking to gain experience on the road while earning steady weekly pay and consistent miles. With paid training, dependable freight, and late-model trucks, you'll have everything you need to start a successful trucking career.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $1,300–$1,400 weekly pay
  • Average 2,000+ miles per week
  • Monthly performance & safety bonuses
  • Comprehensive paid training program
  • No-touch freight – primarily drop & hook
  • Assigned 2023+ Freightliner Cascadias

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer on regional routes
  • Perform complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  • Keep DOT logs and records accurate and up to date
  • Comply with all company and DOT safety standards
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with dispatch

Requirements:

  • Valid CDL-A license and current DOT medical certification
  • Must pass a DOT physical and hair follicle drug screening
  • No DUI/DWI within the last 5 years
  • Stable, verifiable work history
