At Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Sugar Hill, GA, our owner is a Licensed Massage Therapist who strives to make sure every team member is heard and empowered. Our massage therapists can concentrate on their craft without the stress of managing business aspects like marketing, scheduling, or taxes. Benefits And Training:  
  • $48–$65+ total per 50-minute session, based on experience and performance 
  • Bonuses for enhancements (Cupping, Hot Stone, CBD, etc.), and generous gratuities ($20–$30 average). 
  • Guaranteed minimum pay and full pay for client no-shows or last-minute cancellations. 
  • Supplemental insurance options (dental, vision, short-term disability, etc.). 
  • 12 CEU's with New Hire Training AND CEU reimbursement for training and license renewal.
