Job Overview

As our inside team member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring that our Pizza Bolis standards are being followed. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitized environment, assisting customers with their needs, and managing cash transactions. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for the food industry and a strong commitment to providing a positive experience for every customer.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
  • Cross trained on Pizzas and Sub/Fryer section
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the Pizza store, including food preparation areas and storage area.
  • Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and monitoring product freshness.
  • Utilize retail math skills to assist with pricing, discounts, and promotions as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
  • Demonstrate effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide recommendations when appropriate.
  • Have Deliveries ready for Drivers and pick up orders ready for custoemrs
  • Help Managers in daily operations

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the food industry is preferred.
  • Excellent Customer Service
  • Strong leadership skills, leading by example
  • Strong math skills, particularly in retail math, to handle transactions accurately.
  • Excellent time management skills to efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of sanitation practices related to food handling and preparation.
  • Experience with cash handling procedures is essential.
  • A passion for customer service and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
  • Multilingual (spanish) or bilingual skills are a plus but not required
  • Pizza experience is a plus but not required.
