At the TAP Sportsbar Bartender, you'll be responsible for knowing our full menu, including liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic options, while keeping the bar clean and inviting. Your welcoming smile and attentive service will help create unforgettable experiences for our guests. By connecting with them and anticipating their needs, you'll help craft memorable WOW moments they'll take with them long after their visit.

THE STARTING RATE: $8.75 per hour, plus tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Prepare and serve beverages following standardized recipes, provide food service as needed, and ensure accurate cash handling and reporting.

• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and well-organized bar by cleaning equipment, tools, and ensuring all items are in good working condition.

• Stay knowledgeable about all menu items, liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic selections to provide informed recommendations and exceptional guest service.

• Support team operations by mentoring Apprentice Bartenders and Bar Porters, maintaining bar inventory levels, and resolving guest concerns.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.

• This is On Call role. Must be willing to work to accommodate business needs for nights, weekends, and holidays. Hours of Operation: M-W, 4:00pm - 11:00pm; Th & Sun 11:00am - 11:00pm; F-Sa, 11:00am - 12:00am

• Two (2) years of Bartending experience in a bar or similar environment is preferred

The rate for this role is:

Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
