Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Largo, FL, for a Bilingual (French-English) Restaurant Manager. The Restaurant Manager will oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning of the establishment, maintain high-quality service, and enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing customer inquiries, coordinating hiring, ensuring food and beverage services meet high standards, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. The role requires effective communication with employees and guests to achieve operational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer-oriented skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
  • Experience in recruiting and team Hiring
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills in both French and English
  • Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage operations
  • Proficiency in managing restaurant operations and ensuring team accountability
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in restaurant management or a related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related discipline is desirable
