Key Responsibilities

Customer Support & Communication

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone and email
  • Respond to inquiries related to orders, products, services, and account information
  • Provide clear, accurate, and professional customer support

Order Processing & Operations

  • Perform order entry and order management functions
  • Process RMAs (returns) and related customer service transactions
  • Maintain and update customer records accurately

Issue Resolution & Coordination

  • Identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and resolve customer concerns
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
  • Work cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure timely resolution

Documentation & Learning

  • Document customer interactions and resolutions in internal systems
  • Process and manage high volumes of information
  • Learn evolving processes and systems in a dynamic environment

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ year of customer service experience (3 years preferred)
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer skills; Excel familiarity preferred (filters, organization)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work without strict procedural manuals
  • Willingness to learn new systems and processes

Industry background is flexible; attitude and aptitude are key.
