Are you passionate about quality meats and eager to learn the art of sausage making? Join our team as an Apprentice Sausage Maker This is a unique opportunity to work hands-on in a traditional butcher shop, learning time-honored skills from experienced professionals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation and production of various types of sausages.

  • Learn to grind, season, and stuff sausage casings.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Assist with other butchery tasks as needed, including meat cutting and customer service.

Qualifications:

  • A genuine interest in butchery and sausage making.

  • Willingness to learn and take direction.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Previous experience in food preparation is a plus but not required.
