Join our dynamic team as a Plumber Technician and bring your expertise to essential construction and maintenance projects 25% comission or hourly base pay of $20. In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various residential and commercial sites. Your mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills will help ensure plumbing systems operate efficiently, safely, and reliably. Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, and service plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
  • Execute sales and customer service with professionalism.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts.
  • Perform pipe threading, soldering, and assembly tasks with precision to meet project specifications.
  • Conduct remodeling and renovation work involving plumbing components, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Utilize construction site experience to manage heavy lifting, site cleanup, and material handling efficiently.
  • Apply basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting plumbing issues on-site.
  • Collaborate with team members on construction projects involving HVAC systems, carpentry tasks, and maintenance person repairs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in plumbing or related fields such as remodeling or maintenance.
  • Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and soldering techniques.
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings accurately.
  • Mechanical knowledge of plumbing components and HVAC systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, hand digging/excavation and working at heights or confined spaces.
  • Valid driver's license preferred for site travel; ability to operate construction vehicles is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail; basic math proficiency required.
  • Prior experience 4 years minimum with plumbing service, construction site safety protocols and schematics interpretation is advantageous.
