This opportunity is designed for a licensed Broker Associate, or a motivated agent willing to obtain a broker license, who wants to lead with purpose while earning rewarding commissions and growing a productive real estate business.
As a Broker Associate, you will work directly with developing agents, provide mentorship, and model strong business practices while continuing to grow your own production. You will have access to proven systems, leadership support, and an in-office environment where collaboration with high-level producers strengthens your momentum and helps you scale with clarity.
KW Vacaville offers a recruiting team focused on helping leaders expand, onboard, and support agents. Compensation:
$160,000 at plan commissions
Responsibilities:
- Develop onboarding resources for new agents and deliver training that supports consistent team performance
- Collaborate with leadership on strategies to improve agent satisfaction and long-term engagement
- Support agents with marketing collateral and help execute creative digital and social campaigns to boost visibility and sales
- Manage the day-to-day operations and systems that support your team's success
- Drive team production and performance goals
- Maintain and grow your personal sales pipeline
- Maintain and organize your team's contact and client database
- Expand and scale your team's presence within the organization
- Provide ongoing coaching and skill-building support for agents
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a successful real estate team
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Real estate license required
- Brokers license or ability to obtain one
- Sales experience
