About the RoleWe're seeking a Front Desk & HR Assistant to deliver an exceptional front-of-house experience while supporting Human Resources operations. This entry-level role is perfect for someone looking to start a career in HR, administration, or office management.
Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk / Administrative Support (70%)
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and vendors.
- Answer and route incoming calls and general inquiries.
- Maintain lobby appearance and manage office supply inventory.
- Handle mail, packages, and deliveries promptly.
- Coordinate meetings, including room setup and guest logistics.
HR Support (30%)
- Assist with new hire onboarding (I-9 verification, badges, first-day materials).
- Maintain employee records in ADP and Google Workspace.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and HR communications.
- Support training, compliance, and event logistics.
- 2+ years in customer service, administrative, or receptionist roles preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; professional and approachable.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Interest in learning HR practices and growing in the people function.
