Duties

  • Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest issues and assess risk levels.
  • Apply pest control treatments using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment in accordance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
  • Utilize knowledge of lawn care, landscaping, agriculture, farming, and land management to support integrated pest management strategies.
  • Operate farm machinery and power tools safely to prepare treatment sites or maintain equipment.
  • Educate customers on pest prevention techniques, including landscaping practices and property maintenance tips.
  • Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols.
  • Maintain detailed records of treatments performed, chemicals used, and customer interactions for compliance and quality assurance.

Experience

  • Previous experience in pest control, lawn care, farming, landscaping, or agriculture is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques to promote services and upsell additional solutions is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, or other land management equipment is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate company vehicles safely.
  • Strong communication skills for explaining treatment plans and engaging with clients effectively.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
