We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Client Relationship Manager
to join our dynamic team in Madison, WI. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met through exceptional communication, strategic insight, and reliable support. The ideal candidate is a natural relationship builder with a strong understanding of business operations and a commitment to client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
  • Identify client needs and propose effective solutions to support business objectives.
  • Monitor account performance and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with management to improve client experience and retention strategies.
  • Prepare reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to track client engagement.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or customer service.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
