Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Retail Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Prime Communications store in Alameda, CA. The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing store performance, driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing team members, and implementing retail strategies. Additional responsibilities include customer service management, achieving revenue targets, executing inventory control processes, and maintaining a positive and professional in-store environment. This role requires exceptional leadership and organizational skills in an on-site setting.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
- Exceptional Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven ability to manage and motivate teams effectively
- Experience with achieving sales targets and maintaining operational standards
- Previous retail management experience is highly desirable
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is a plus
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
