Database Administrator & Marketing Coordinator

Job Type: Full-Time (IN OFFICE FULL-TIME)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

Summary:

We are seeking a detail-driven and proactive professional to support our customer database operations and marketing initiatives, helping ensure smooth communication, organized workflow, and consistent brand presence across multiple platforms.

About Us:

We are a local and established HVAC company seeking an experienced professional to manage our customer database and coordinate ongoing marketing efforts. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

* Maintain and update customer database records

* Oversee marketing activities.

* Create and manage customer follow-up workflows and communication sequences

* Track and report marketing performance metrics

Qualifications:

* Previous experience in administration and/or database management is required

* Experience with CRM platforms (ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, or similar) preferred

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

* Excellent written and verbal communication

* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Compensation:

$25 – $30 per hour, depending on experience
