Buscamos un Especialista en Cuentas por Pagar seguro y amable para unirse a la oficina principal de Pappas Restaurants, ubicada en el noroeste de Houston. Para tener éxito en este puesto, los candidatos deben tener experiencia previa en cuentas por pagar, ser positivos, detallistas y con iniciativa.

Este puesto procesará facturas de proveedores, las revisará para su aprobación y atenderá consultas sobre la recepción y el pago de facturas. Se asegurará de que todos los cheques se emitan y distribuyan puntualmente. Responsabilidades:
• Revisar las facturas para su correcta aprobación.

  • Ingresar facturas y publicar lotes de EDI Viewer en Great Plains
  • Revisar los lotes ingresados en los restaurantes y enviarlos a Great Plains
  • Revisar el informe de antigüedad con el asistente del controlador para liberar el pago a los proveedores
  • Revisar y monitorear las facturas pendientes que requieren aprobación


• Manejar otros asuntos relacionados con el mantenimiento de la función de A/P Requisitos
• 3-5 años de experiencia en cuentas por pagar

  • Fuerte capacidad analítica, atención al detalle y precisión.
  • Experiencia con Great Plains
  • Capacidad para interactuar positivamente con el personal y los proveedores por teléfono o en persona.
  • Comprensión de facturas de proveedores y acuerdos con subcontratistas.
  • Debe ser capaz de introducir datos manualmente hasta el 50% de una jornada de 8 horas con regularidad.
