ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Sr. Director of Supply Chain is responsible for leading supply chain operations at
CULTA, including production planning, inventory control, procurement, and ERP systems
management. This role serves as a strategic partner to finance, planning, and operations
teams to align supply chain capabilities with company objectives, ensuring seamless
integration of forecasting, production scheduling, inventory management, and
procurement activities across the organization.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Planning & Forecasting
• Partner with finance and planning teams to develop annual production plans,
forecasts, and budgets
• Translate business objectives into actionable supply chain strategies
• Drive continuous improvement in planning accuracy and operational efficiency
ERP Systems & Implementation
• Oversee on-site ERP training and implementation
• Ensure system optimization and user adoption across all supply chain functions
• Drive data integrity and system performance
Production Reporting
• Oversee development and governance of production and inventory reports
• Work with operational teams to ensure data integrity aligned to reporting objectives
Operational Integration
• Work directly with VP of Operations to integrate process improvements, production
goals, data governance, and forecasting/planning requirements into day-to-day
operational objectives
• Align supply chain capabilities with production capacity and operational
constraints
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across all facets of production
Procurement & Purchasing
• Oversee all procurement and purchasing activities including raw materials,
packaging, hardware, and finished goods
• Ensure optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts while minimizing excess
inventory
• Manage vendor relationships and purchasing strategies
Inventory Management Oversight
• Directly accountable for all inventory control and inventory reporting
• Monitor inventory performance metrics including variance, adjustments,
valuations, and aging
• Set inventory control policies and standards
Team Leadership
• Manage and develop the Production Planning Director, inventory and procurement
teams
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and data-driven
decision making
• Build organizational capabilities in supply chain management
