Position Summary

We are seeking an attentive, polished, and empathetic Patient Experience Specialist to serve as the face of our spa. You'll be responsible for creating a warm, seamless, and refined patient journey from first contact through post-treatment follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel immediately valued
  • Oversee appointment scheduling, confirmations, and patient flow to minimize wait times
  • Field phone and email inquiries, providing clear, courteous, and accurate information
  • Process payments and maintain precise, confidential patient records
  • Assist providers and team members with day-to-day operations and support tasks
  • Uphold a pristine, inviting front desk and reception area consistent with our brand's aesthetics

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in hospitality, reception, or patient-facing services preferred
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
  • Discreet and professional demeanor; strong customer service orientation
  • Comfortable with computer systems, scheduling software, and basic administrative tools
