On Plane is looking for a Human Capital Analyst  Founded in 2017, On Plane
Consulting helps companies unleash the latent potential of their people.  We use customer data and our framework for
building people capabilities which drive transformational change in
organizations.  Our current customer base
includes companies of all sizes and industries, from international billon
dollar plus revenue to pre-revenue start-ups.

improves the communities.. 

SUMMARY

This person will help gather, analyze and automate
customer data for reporting and ongoing customer guidance.  This role is intended to be an entry point to
larger roles in the consultancy.  The
ideal candidate will be looking for 20 to 30 hours per week, and hours will
vary based on customer demands.  This position
is paid hourly due to the weekly hours variance

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Adheres to On Plane core values and challenges others to do the

  • Drives a customer centric culture that focuses on delivering a
    best in class customer experience.
  • Helps customers gather data and consolidates information
    from multiple sources like HRIS and LMS platforms
  • Designs and administers surveys
  • Analyzes data and identifies key findings
  • Helps build reports and presentations informed by analysis
    completed on customer data
  • Trends data over time to show improvements or areas of
    opportunity
  • Helps to build ROI models to quantify the value of completed
    initiatives

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Self-motivated and comfortable
    working independently with large data sets
  • Strong problem
    solving and root cause analysis skills backed by collecting data, establishing
    facts and drawing valid conclusions
  • The ability
    to convey innovative ideas and communicate complex issues to team members and
    customers 
  • Knowledge of principles,
    practices and procedures in human resources, compensation, HRIS, survey data
    gathering and database structures
  • Skilled in the use of MS Excel
    at an advanced level
  • Skilled in the use of MS Power
    BI at an intermediate level
  • Skilled in the use of MS
    PowerPoint at an advanced level
  • Able to adequately respond to
    common inquiries from customers.

Education and Experience

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related
    field like MIS, Economics, HR, Accounting or Finance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of analyst experience
  • Basic
    programming experience with Visual Basic or simple SQL statements through MS
    Access or Power BI
  • Experience with compensation
    programs
  • Experience effectively
    presenting information to top management and boards of directors.
  • Experience applying
    mathematical operations to such tasks as basic statistical analysis,
    compensation analysis and ROI models.
