Whether managing check-ins, handling guest inquiries, or coordinating with other departments, your proactive approach will keep operations running smoothly around the clock. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
  • Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and routing calls appropriately
  • Handle guest requests, complaints, and inquiries with a friendly attitude, ensuring swift resolution and guest satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest information, and billing details using hotel management software
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly and uphold service standards
  • Uphold excellent phone etiquette and guest relations practices to foster a welcoming environment for all visitors

Skills

  • Strong background in hospitality management and customer service within hotel or resort settings
  • Proven experience in front desk operations, including guest services and reservation management
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems for efficient communication
  • Exceptional guest relations skills combined with a professional demeanor and positive attitude
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly while maintaining attention to detail
