Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and retail sales, with the ability to effectively communicate and engage with customers. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience by providing product knowledge and driving sales through upselling techniques. SPIFFs are earned based on sales, up to $2000/month.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
  • Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently for processing transactions and managing inventory.
  • Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining excellent customer service.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness and organization, contributing to an inviting atmosphere.

Experience

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
  • Familiarity with large appliance operations is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems is beneficial but training will be provided.
