POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, the HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a critical role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives by working closely with leaders across the organization. This role is responsible for executing core HR initiatives including annual goal setting, performance management, talent assessments, employee engagement, and employee relations. The HRBP serves as a trusted advisor to leadership, helping to foster a high-performing, inclusive, and engaged workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Partner with department leaders to support and guide performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and annual reviews
- Lead and support talent assessment initiatives to identify development opportunities, succession planning, and workforce readiness
- Coordinate and analyze employee engagement surveys, translating insights into actionable plans to improve team culture and retention
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, investigations, and policy interpretation
- Collaborate with HR leadership on organizational development strategies and change management initiatives
- Support leadership development and coaching efforts to enhance managerial effectiveness
- Ensure HR practices are compliant with employment laws and aligned with company values
- Collaborate with HR partners on other initiatives including internal communications, events and reward and recognition programs
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in human resources or 5+ years of experience in a leadership position
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and compliance requirements.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficiency with HRIS
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR), or SHRM-CP certification
