OTR Flatbed Truck Driver

  • Company Drivers - Earn up to $100,000 per year; Base pay range: $0.49 – $0.65 per mile
  • Lease Purchase - Gross up to $225,000 per year; Base pay: $1.35 per mile + 100% fuel surcharge on all miles
  • Weekly and quarterly performance bonuses
  • $2,000 sign-on bonus for qualified drivers
  • Home time: every 10-12 days

OTR Dry Van Truck Driver

  • Company Drivers - Earn up to $79,300 per year; Base pay range: $0.52 – $0.61 per mile
  • Lease Purchase - Gross up to $175,000 per year; Base pay: $1.25 per mile + 100% fuel surcharge on all miles
  • Weekly and quarterly performance bonuses
  • $2,000 sign-on bonus for qualified drivers
  • Home time: every 10-12 days

Lease Purchase Details

  • No credit check, $0 down, No balloon payment
  • Walkaway lease
  • Weekly truck payment: $450 – $875
  • Lease term length ranges based on tractor chosen
