Overview

Enhanced Labs is a 50,000 sq. ft. manufacturing and private-label facility specializing in functional supplements, gummies, drinks, capsules, sachets, and honey products. We're seeking detail-oriented, dependable Pickers & Packers to join our production team. This role is essential in ensuring finished products are accurately counted, packed, and prepared for shipment according to company quality standards and client requirements.

What you'll do

  • Retrieve finished items from production lines for packaging or boxing.
  • Accurately pick the correct products, quantities, and packaging materials for each order or batch.
  • Pack items into pouches, sachets, jars, bottles, blister packs, or cartons following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Assemble boxes and label them correctly according to order specifications.
  • Ensure quality control by visually inspecting products for defects, leakage, or incorrect labeling.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area.
  • Track output using barcode scanners or production logs (as implemented in the facility's system).
  • Adhere to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols.
  • Support other production departments as needed (e.g., wrapping, prep, fulfillment).

Basic qualifications

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic math and counting skills.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in Spanish.
  • Ability to stand, bend, and lift boxes up to 30 lbs. for extended periods.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or supplement facility preferred but not required.

Preferred qualifications

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center environment.
