What We Need From You:
- A valid CDL-A license
- At least 120 hours of certified truck-driving school completed within the last 2 years
- A clean driving record (minor issues acceptable)
- Ability to pass a DOT physical (hair & urine testing)
What You'll Receive:
- Hands-on guidance to prepare you for solo driving
- $1,307–$1,609+ per week once you begin driving solo
- Performance bonuses up to +8¢ per mile for safe and efficient driving
- Earn up to $1,800 weekly while running OTR
- Up to $1,500 in transition bonuses
Your Responsibilities:
- Run 2,500–3,000 miles per week as a solo driver
- Safely operate and inspect CDL-A trucks
- Keep accurate logs and follow company procedures
- Coordinate with dispatch to ensure on-time deliveries
