They are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to play a key role in their continued success. Job Function

  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and related journal entries.
  • Assist in the evaluation and acquisition of new real estate investments.
  • Manage monthly close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.
  • Prepare annual budgets and fund-level quarterly reporting.
  • Calculate and review management fees, promotes, and capitalized interest.
  • Collaborate with leadership on special projects and process improvements.

Job Requirements

  • 2-4 years of real estate accounting experience (in-house or public accounting).
  • Strong understanding of balance sheets, P&L, and financial reporting.
  • Experience with month-end close processes. Background in operational accounting.
  • Public audit or Big 4 experience preferred.
