What is the position?

Bintelli, America's #1 voted Brand of the Year two years in a row, is looking for a full-time employee to manage our golf cart production team in our facility in Indiana. This will include leading, managing, coaching, and overseeing assembly, warehouse, shipping, and final assembly staff. While prior golf cart manufacturing knowledge is not necessary, the #1 most important trait you must exhibit is exceptional leadership qualities in working with people. We are a company that is quickly growing, and with that growth has brought on a lot of additional hires the last year.

We can teach and train you on our processes and products, but you must be highly skilled in managing and leading people. We want our employees to enjoy being at work, having fun while being productive A minimum of three years of prior management experience of a team larger than 10 is required to apply. You will be responsible for ensuring production goals are being met, employees are happy and thriving under your leadership, future planning is occurring, and that the facility remains clean, organized, and well-staffed.

You should be energetic, positive, a strong problem solver, empathic, thick-skinned, calm under pressure, organized, smart, witty, and a great communicator.

Prior to you starting your position in Indiana, two weeks of on-site training in our HQ facility in Charleston. From your first day, you must possess the skills needed to effectively manage the people in your facility. Through your training, we will train you on the process and product knowledge needed to oversee the operation. In addition to your standard pay, we also offer the following benefits to you:

• After sixty days, you will have access to join our company healthcare plan, and if you choose to take part, we will contribute 50% per month to your costs of health, dental, and vision insurance. You are also given $25,000 of life insurance at our expense.
• After one year you will have access to our company retirement plan with 3% matching included.
