Requirements

Required Experience & Qualifications
  • Proven success in sales management, finance management, used vehicle operations, and internet sales management
     
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire, train, and develop others
     
  • Expertise in managing multi-channel lead flow with strong CRM accountability
     
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  •  Familiarity with OEM programs, CRM platforms, data-mining tools, and dealership operational structure
     
Preferred Experience
  • Toyota and/or Lexus sales management experience minimum 1 year
