Requirements
Required Experience & Qualifications- Proven success in sales management, finance management, used vehicle operations, and internet sales management
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire, train, and develop others
- Expertise in managing multi-channel lead flow with strong CRM accountability
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Familiarity with OEM programs, CRM platforms, data-mining tools, and dealership operational structure
- Toyota and/or Lexus sales management experience minimum 1 year
- High-energy, positive attitude, and motivational leadership style
- Process-driven and data-driven decision maker
- Skilled in coaching, developing, and leading winning teams
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
