We are seeking local dedicated and skilled Truck Driver to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various destinations. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, adherence to traffic regulations, and excellent customer service skills. The Truck Driver will operate Class A tractor-trailers ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining the integrity of the cargo.

Duties

  • Operate commercial vehicles, including tractor-trailers in compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Perform route driving to deliver goods to designated locations while following planned routes.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and functionality.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.

Requirements

  • No more than 3 places of employment in past 3 years
  • Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A
  • Proven 2 years driving experience with tractor-trailers.
  • Experience with manual transmission vehicles is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills (fluent English) and a commitment to safety on the road.
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening as required by company policy.
  • A clean driving record is preferred.
